Filed under: Cup of Chess Announcements
One of things we wanted to improve was better customer support for our members. Previously, users could send problem reports by following the link at the bottom of any page. One issue we had with this is that we did not know which user sent the report. There is now an option to include an email address (for non-members) for followups. Members do not need to fill this out as we will now track which member sent which report. This should allow us to more effectively respond to individual issues as they arrive and improve the overall quality of the site.
We are hard at work addressing some common issues such as disconnects, or issues loading the flash player. We hope to introduce an entirely new chess client that should hopefully resolve these issues that some users are experiencing. As always, stay tuned to the blog for updates!

this is so cute. currently, i’m experiencing some highs, somehow, my homeside has got mixed up with another members, so suddenly I’m “crikey_its_mickey” oder “Globe_bob”, which is very amusing cause they score is higher and I can play and loose against anyone I want! i just dont know how I got on their homesite,! thats not fair, especially cause i want MY SCORE TO PROVE and not someone others. i just hope the one who got my account isn’t playing to badly!
Comment by Princhess March 21, 2007 @ 9:08 amIf you are playing on a public network, please be sure not select “Remember me”, as that might allow others to use your account. If you do find yourself on another account, kindly logout and login back in with your account.
